Notification Center


By enabling notifications you can choose which events in Tamago-DB you wish to be notified by email. You can find the Notification center by clicking on the bell icon or on the link in the menu under your username on the top right.

   


 Enable/Disable notifications by a single button on top of the Notification Center screen.

   


 Receive a notification when :

  • Task is due (see User Settings for the time period).
  • Candidate applied for a job or has registered.
  • New job has been created.
  • Introduction status has changed.
  • Introduction has received a result.

Enable a notification by toggling the No/Yes button.



We plan to expand this feature in the future with more options.


Dashboard

  • A 30 days tab has been added to the status widget, showing numbers from today to 30 days ago.

 Candidates

  • Name fields have been revised. 
    • The 'main' name field (Kanji or English name) is now shown on top.
    • All fields (Kanji, Kana and Romaji) are now always shown when editing a candidate in English interface.
    • Added help icons to explain purpose of each field.
  • A new field called 'About the candidate' has been added for contacts to attach selling points, a pitch or an introduction to the candidate. The 'Profile' field can then be used for more internal profile, notes and comments.
  • If a candidate is currently unemployed or the current employment information is unavailable, the most recent employment will be used as 'current employment'. Meaning it will show up in grey on the grids (Leads, Candidates, Clients and Shortlists), it's salary will be used to filter in Advanced Search. 'Current' and 'Former' employee lists in Company remain unaffected.
  • The candidate's Generate PDF has been updated with more options to hide/show data. As well as the following : 
    • Current employment has been removed in favor of the employment history.
    • Employment history has been moved up above Education history.
    • The candidate's name will now be shown in all versions (Kanji, Kana and Romaji).

  • Tamago-DB can now save the PDF generation settings by using the 'save settings' button on the top right. The saved settings will be remembered for the next PDF download.
  • Employment and education description can now be formatted using the Rich Text editor.
  • Claim information has been added to the top right on the candidates' record showing who claimed the record at what date.

 Company

  • Company name field has been revised.

 E-mail Messages

  • Admins can now delete individual email messages (delete button in the modal).

 Search

  • Users can now choose default search behavior regarding archived records, see the 'Archive search filter' setting in 'User settings'.
  • Age now has two extra input fields to search for a custom age range.

 Shortlist

  • Follow-up date column has been added to the shortlist gird.
  • Added by column has been removed, hover your cursor over the shortlisted date to see who shortlisted the candidate.

 User Interface

  • Several UI/UX updates including added tooltips.
  • Inline edit for job status, candidate disposition and shortlist status have been improved.
