The WP plugin comes in 2 languages, English and Japanese.
Tested with the WP plugin 'Polylang'
When on the English language, the search form and field options will be displayed in English
When switching to Japanese, the search form and the field options will be displayed in Japanese
Administration
To show the administration page in Japanese, switch the Wordpress language to japanese.
