Sending a support ticket for a missing email


In order to improve investigating the issue, please send the original message. Forwarding the message will remove the necessary information required to investigate.


To send the original message:

  • In Outlook, create a new email and then drag-and-drop the missing email as an attachment into your new email. ┬áSend this to support@tamago-db.com.
  • In Gmail, click on the dropdown next to the reply button and select "Show original". ┬áSave this as a text file and send this file as attachment to support@tamago-db.com.


Please add a reference to the problematic record (the URL or the ID of the record).
