Sending a support ticket for a missing email

In order to improve investigating the issue, please send the original message. Forwarding the message will remove the necessary information required to investigate.

To send the original message:

  • In Outlook, create a new email and then drag-and-drop the missing email as an attachment into your new email.  Send this to
