Creating an interview can be done on several locations throughout Tamago-DB.


The most convenient and recommended way to create an Interview would be from the Introduction it belongs to. This can done by either the 'Create interview' button on the Pipeline grid on the right side of each introduction's row. 


Or when viewing the introduction, on the top right you will see the following button :



Both these options, coming from an introduction, will automatically fill out the introduction in the form when creating an interview.



The description contains the general information for this interview. This description will also be sent within the calendar invite and added to your preferred calendar application (Outlook Calendar, Google Calendar, ...) when accepting the invitation. 


The organizer is the owner of this record. Any additional attending users can be selected using the 'Attending users' field.


Introduction has been disabled when creating an interview from either the Pipeline grid or from an Introduction record. In all other cases, this field will be empty and required to select an introduction this interview should belong to.


Stage will automatically contain the current status of the introduction at this moment, this value will be saved and remain unchanged even when the introduction progresses to the next status. It is possible to change this to any value now or at a later time.


If, next to the candidate from the introduction, any additional contacts are present at the interview, a client contact who is interviewing the candidate for example, these can be added as 'Additional contacts' to the interview. The list of contacts depends on the selected introduction. Only employees of the company this candidate is in the pipeline for will be available as option. 


The remaining fields allow you to set the location, meeting time, timezone and the duration in minutes of the interview.


To save the interview, there are 2 save buttons.



  • 'Save and send to calendar' will save the interview in Tamago-DB and send a calendar invite to each user (organiser and attending users). This calendar invite can then be used to add to their personal calendar. No email will be sent to the candidate or the client contacts.
  • 'Save' will save the interview without sending out calendar invites.
