The overall status reports shows the numbers of weekly or monthly creations for the set time period. The grid is filterable by user, sortable and exportable.


On top it's possible to select the time period for which the report should generate numbers, by default this is set to the current month. 

By default the numbers will be calculated on a monthly basis. This can be set to Weekly as well.


IMPORTANT: These numbers are calculated in real time and historical data might change due to changes in data upon which these numbers are based.


Overall status numbers explained : 


  • Date: Start date of the week or month this reports has numbers for.  Weeks are calculated starting on Monday and ends on Sunday. 
  • User: Name of the users this numbers are calculated for
  • New contacts: Number of new contacts (lead, candidate and client) created by the user
  • Leads: Number of records changed into a lead (a record will disappear from the report if someone else changes it afterwards)
  • Candidates: Number of records changed into a candidate (a record will disappear from the report if someone else changes it afterwards)
  • Clients: Number of contacts changed into a client (a record will disappear from the report if someone else changes it afterwards)
  • Jobs: Number of new jobs (counts towards who owns the job, not who actually created it)
  • Closed jobs: Number of (owned) jobs with status 'Closed' based on the last update date
  • Meetings lead: Number of new meetings with leads, creation date is used, not when the meeting takes place (if contact changes type, this number will move to a different column)
  • Meetings candidate: Number of new meetings with candidates, creation date is used, not when the meeting takes place (if contact changes type, this number will move to a different column)
  • Meetings client: Number of new meetings with clients, creation date is used, not when the meeting takes place (if contact changes type, this number will move to a different column)
  • Interviews: Number of new interviews, creation date is used, not when the interviews takes place
  • Pipeline: Number of new records in the pipeline, based on who currently owns the record, not who created it
  • Introductions: Number of introductions that have been introduced, based on the introduced date and who currently owns the record
  • Emails sent: Number of e-mails sent by the user based on his current e-mail address specified in profile settings, based on the received date
  • Emails received: Number of e-mails received by the user based on his current e-mail address specified in profile settings, based on the received date
  • Notes: Number of notes created based on the date of creation
  • Calls: Number of notes, with the type 'Call', created based on the date of creation
