Super Admin and Admins have the ability to change the default system settings including Localization settings, Default settings, Administrative preferences (explained here), and Templates.

Templates can be created for Notes, Contact Profiles, Public job description, and Private job description.  Once a template is created in Administration settings, user can add the template by clicking the "Apend template" button below the field.

If the no template has been saved in the Administration settings [Templates] section, the "Append template" button will not be clickable as below:

**The template that is saved for Notes will add the template to every new note created without the choice to click "Append template" button.  To avoid seeing in every note, simply leave the Note template section empty.
