A circled question mark will appear next to company names when a contact record is created from external data sources such as:
- Import from LinkedIn
- Resume Upload
This indicator serves as a reminder that the contact record has not yet been associated with a formally created company record. Tamago-DB will not automatically create company records when importing from external sources to help prevent the accumulation of inaccurate company data.
If you would like to associate the contact with a company record, edit the contact and then select a company from the drop down in the "Employment" section. The company name in parenthesis will then be replaced by the name of the associated company record.
