Most settings in Tamago-DB can be defined globally for all users under Agency settings or overridden for the current user under User settings.
User settings allows the user to configure defaults for his account, such as preferred currency, language, timezone, etc. Under User settings one can see login history as well as a combined view of all tasks and notes created for all records owned by that user.
The Administration settings menu item is only available to administrators, users with Super Admin and Admin role . Under Administration settings an administrator can:
- Specify default preferences for all users including preferred behavior for Tamago-DB workflow
- Manage external job board accounts
- Add or remove users
